10 to 12 month maternity leave position
Calvary Silver Circle provides care to older people, people of all ages with disabilities or recovering from illness and their carers, enabling people to remain living at home safely and with dignity.
We are seeking an individual with a passion for community care for this 10 to 12 month maternity leave position, working Monday to Friday at our Southern Service Centre, located in Bentleigh. As a Client Service Officer you will organise services for clients needing help at home including scheduling of Support Workers to deliver those services.
The successful applicant will need to have:
- Rostering and scheduling experience (desirable)
- Exceptional communication, telephone and organisational skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Relevant experience in aged or community care would be an advantage

Calvary Health Care Bethlehem is a 66 bed health care facility providing a range of inpatient, community, respite and ambulatory services for palliative care and progressive neurological conditions.
COORDINATOR
GRADUATE NURSE PROGRAM
Part Time (0.6 EFT)
To be considered for this role you will be a Registered Nurse (Grade 4) who has substantial, senior experience in the coordination of graduate nurse programs, ideally in a palliative care / neurology services setting. You will be committed to excellence in education, training and research and a capacity to foster an innovative, dynamic, service oriented culture in an education context, preferably supported by a Masters qualification in education. You will coordinate the development, implementation, evaluation and review of the graduate nurse program and maintain CHCB as a sought after Graduate Nurse Program, ensuring ongoing recruitment of nurses.
You will provide support and clinical guidance for graduate nurses within the clinical departments of the hospital and foster the transition of graduate nurses into care teams at CHCB. You will have demonstrated capacity to contribute to the work of professional teams to successfully reach strategic goals. You will be a consummate communicator with the ability to adapt to change and develop cohesive working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders. You will contribute to the development of a strong focus on adult learning and research-led education to inform and refine clinical practice. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of the Hospitals professional education and training programs.
